I ordered the battery via your helpful website. Placed the order on a Saturday (standard delivery) arrived mid morning the following Wednesday. Battery was very well packaged for transit, and took less than 20 minutes to fit . Completely trouble-free service.

Thank you for all your help the only thing that let down your service was using yodel to deliver the battery as a next day service was not met and the battery arrived on the Monday instead of the Friday.

Arrived promptly and very we’ll packed. Instructions left a bit wanting. Battery wouldn’t lock into its cradle until I realised I had to remove two clipped on rubber buffers from the bottom of the battery to allow it to fit and lock in, but no paperwork explaining I might have to do this. Overall a good experience and good value compared with other suppliers I looked at.

Excellent product and delivery the following day - as promised. Very agreeable and positive delivery chap. Guarantee was hand delivered.

Battery was fully charged and I attached a clamp on meter (Fluxgate technology and not Hall sensor) immediately the engine fired up (1.8 litre diesel). The trickle charge from the alternator was only about 1.5 Amp after firing and so it was clear the battery was in excellent health and satisfied the defined spec. (battery is Lucas).

I have no hesitation in recommending battery2u.co.uk and I thank all concerned for their efficiency, especially the admin and despatch departments.

Researched online. Selected online. Bought and paid for online. Delivered in three days. Excellent. Only thing is, I haven't fitted it yet as the my current battery has sparked back into life after the cold snap. But, hey ho, I've now got a spare.
