Battery arrived on time. Courier kept in touch by text message and actual delivery time was well within time window. Battery arrived in good condition. It is now fitted in the car and works fine. an excellent purchasing experience and a 30% saving on buying a similar battery locally. If I have one small comment it is that it was not entirely clear whether one or both vent plugs had to be removed, as this instruction was in three places (top of battery, separate sheet inside box and on a several page instruction booklet. In the end it became clear that the instruction booklet was correct, and that the instruction stuck to the battery top was at best confusing.
