Ordered a new battery on Wednesday, and was phoned an hour later to explain the one I ordered was out of stock but they had an identical model which was cheaper. They immediately refunded the difference in price, and the battery arrived the next day, less than 24 hours after ordering! Brilliant service, and helpful friendly staff. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
